With more than 3 months to go 2 Gold Sponsors, 5 Silver Sponsors and 19 exhibitors (22 exhibitor spaces) have already signed up.

Mattias Goldmann, dubbed a knight by the French government for his environmental work, is one of the speakers in the opening session.

We will hear about the Danish success in decarbonizing the gas grid, the industrial scale bioSNG plant in the Netherlands, synergies between pyrolysis/anaerobic digestion/power-to-methane, biological and catalytic methanation, upgrading and liquefaction and much more!

Participants from the following countries have already registred:
Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and The Netherlands.

Renewtec AB visits CEDER

On the 31st of July, Jörgen Held, CEO Renewtec AB, visited CEDER in Soria, Spain.
Miguel Fernandez Llorente, Head of the biomass unit, gave a valuable and informative guided tour in the well-equipped biomass laboratory and showed the pilot and demonstration scale installations (boilers, furnaces and gasifiers) at CEDER.

Besides energy conversion related activities, biomass-based extraction of essential oils is gaining more and more interest.

Sonia Pascual presented potential Horizon Europe project collaboration opportunities.

REGATEC 2022 is in good progress

REGATEC 2022 takes place 17-18 May at Scandic Triangeln in Malmö. With two months to go the interest is very strong.

There are now only 4 exhibitor spaces left before the exhibition is sold out. 1 Gold Sponsor and 7 Silver Sponsors  covering anaerobic digestion, gasification, power-to-gas, monitoring and optimization, as well as trading show that REGATEC is a true hotspot for the AD, gasification and P2G communities.

The call for posters is open until 31 March and there are still a few places left.

REGATEC 2020* take aways

REGATEC 2020* (postponed from May 2020 until September 2021) took place 20-21 September 2021 in Weimar. The conference was organised in collaboration with the Energy Agency of Thuringia.

106 physical and 13 online participants from 20 countries, 11 sponsors and 30 exhibitors made REGATEC a vibrant hotspot for the biogas, biomass gasification and P2G community.

Hot topics were, among others, biogas liquefaction and syngas fermentation. Industrial scale microbial methanation projects were presented together with first-of-a-kind industrial scale biomass gasification and biogas pre-treatment plants.

The conference proceedings with short extended abstract of the presentations are available, free of charge. For more info: http://regatec.org/home/conference-proceedings/
